Work assignments are focused depending upon the division assignment. This class is distinguished from the III level in that the III performs more complex and difficult assignments, works in a consultative capacity, provides direction and training to the lower level positions and are given assignments in a difficult and specialized subfield of environmental health or hazardous materials.
