This booklet is designed to help inspectors and restaurant workers, owners and managers communicate when they do not speak a common language. Common phrases used during an inspection are translated into the most common languages used in Anchorage, including Korean, Chinese and Spanish. Simply point to the phrase that you wish to say and the person you are trying to communicate with will read the translation in their language.
